Once returned items are received and found to be in resalable condition, you will be issued a refund or exchange.
ONLINE RETURNS:
All items must be returned within 10 days of order being received. The amount of refund will be the price of the item(s), not including original shipping fees.
The returned item(s) must be in new, unworn condition, and free of odors, perfume, makeup, pet hair or deodorant stains. If item is found to not be in the same condition in which it was shipped, you the customer are responsible for paying the cost to have the item shipped back to you.
ONLINE EXCHANGES:
All items must be exchanged within 10 days of order being received. We will happily exchange an item for you in a different size or style.
The exchange item(s) must be in new, unworn condition, and free of odors, perfume, makeup, pet hair or deodorant stains. if item is found to not be in the same condition in which it was shipped, an exchange will be denied, and you the customer are responsible for paying the cost to have the item shipped back to you.
Once you have sent your exchange request, a return label will be emailed to you along with an invoice for the shipping fee of $7.00. Once your invoice has been paid, your item(s) will be sent to you.
EVENT REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE:
All items must be exchanged or refunded within 10 days of order being received. For exchanges, if you are in the Santa Rosa County, FL area, we will make an arrangement for the exchange. If you are requesting for the exchanged items to be mailed to you, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
